Town Websites has a set of tools for towns to allow committees to post meeting times and agendas online, as well as posting meeting minutes.

The tools can be configured to allow direct posting or to have a manager's approval before items are displayed on the website.

Town Websites uses the Google Calendar API for its meetings calendar.  This allows for a nicely customized display of the calendar and upcoming events on the website while also providing the familiarity and ease of use of Google Calendar for management of the calendars and event creation.  Meetings can be posted using our specialized tools tailored for municipal meeting postings, or by using the same Google Calendar as is familiar to many GMail users.
